高筋麵粉bread flour 300g
鹽salt 6g
酵母yeast 3g
砂糖sugar 30g
牛奶milk 200ml
奶油butter 30g
有鹽奶油Salt cream

今天要來和大家分享一款「奶香味十足」的麵包喔！！
這次要和大家分享的這款麵包它的作法、材料跟一般的餐包大致上都是一樣的喔！
只是在麵包的裡面多包入了一條「有鹽的奶油」增加吃起來不同的口感、風味喔！！
口感吃起來外酥內軟的還有十足的奶香味和淡淡的鹹味吃起來超級好吃的👍。
